Is the Missed-Lead Audit really free?
Yes. The audit is free and there is no obligation. You get a recorded walkthrough of what we found and what we would fix first. You do not need to get on a call to receive it.
How long does the audit take?
We send your recorded walkthrough within 2 business days of your request. The after-hours call and text test happens on an evening or weekend during that window, so it reflects what a real customer would experience.
Will you call my business as part of the audit?
Yes. One of the three checks is an after-hours call and text to the number on your Google Business Profile. We do it once, we keep it short, and we tell you exactly when it happened so you can match it to your phone records.
What do I need to give you?
Your business name, website, industry, city and an email address. That is enough to run all three checks. A phone number is optional and only used if you want to talk through the results.
What happens after I get the audit?
You decide. Many owners fix the quick wins themselves using the walkthrough. If you want help, we can set up a strategy call to plan the work. There is no pressure either way.
